Company founded in 2001 -- was founded
      in
      Westlake Village, California  by Larry Croy, B.S.
                in Computer Science, who also has MCSE, MCDBA, MCP, Network+, & A+
      certifications. 

      

      Mr. Croy received his Bachelor of Science in
                Computer Science from UCSB, Santa Barbara, California in
                1986..  In 2001 he received Microsoft Certifications
                on the Windows 2000 platform.  In that same year, he also became certified in
                Networks and Computer repair from CompTia.

      
                
      

      
Mr. Croy also founded another company,
      Tekspertise, www.tekspertise.com,
      which he sold in Spring 2005.  After that time he
      relocated the My PC FirstAid office to Tomball, Texas.  This office
